2lis_11_vaitm datasource missing orders

Hi,

Iam loading delta's of 2lis_11_vaitm on daily basis.

We have loaded full data(full load) from other BW system to current BW system 2 months back.

Since then directly we are loading delta's from ECC to BW.(no setup table).

This datasource has some enhancement done in ECC which had some issue previously(1 month back) and corrected recently and the delta's are flowing into BW without any issue on Daily basis.

The delta's which were flown previously when there was issue in the enhancement code are showing the values(key figures) as 0.

The sale orders which were flown in delta (1 month back)are showing values 0 and are missing from the reports.

I asked user to make some changes in the orders in ECC and checked in RSA7.

The orders are showing up with before and after images which will again become neutral when we load into BW.

I decided to do setup table in the ECC for these orders and check the records.

This is the first time we are doing setup table in ECC. Is It going to create any issue for the delta's flowing?

Or is there any other way to pull the orders which were missing(showing 0 values)?
