Public holiday treated as working day for night shift employee

Hi Time Expert,

There is PH on 24th and 25th dec as per the us holiday calender but for night shift employee these holidays is being falls on 23th and 24th dec.

I need to make the 23th as working day and 25th as holiday for night shift employees.

Please advice how to do it.

Note- Already I have tried to maintain the IT 2003 as follows

23th with day type 0 (work/Paid)

25th with day type 1 (off/paid)

But didn't get the succesed:(
