ReplenishmentOrderConfirmation_Out - material length

Dear All,

I have a problem with the material length on SNC. When a PO is confirmed and published, an xml is created and the internal id of the material has 40 chars.

Sender Interface: ReplenishmentOrderConfirmation_Out

When the Idoc is processed at ECC, an error is presented because the material length only supports 35 chars as the picture below.

Is there a way to avoid this situation on SNC using a BAdI to manipulate this value before transfer the xml to ECC?
