warning message ME715 in OBA5

I have error message when using transaction FB08

Account assignment 01 for purchasing document does not exist

Message no. ME715

then we trying make warning message in OBA5 for error message ME715. but , not working.

how to check why warning message not running for my user in transaction reverse document - FB08

can any one help me?
