System take default position "99999999" while transferring, promotion of employee

Hi All,

I am doing transfer, promotion action through PA40. i am selecting new position in IT0001 but at the time of saving IT0001 system took default position that is  99999999.

I have check the integration Polgi and Org, set up personal action. everything is alright.

Please help me for the issue, because its error causes to ESS and MSS module also.

If i need to change in Dynamic action what i have to write over there, that also tell me.
