No note on production orders with rejections

Hi:

If you reject a sales order item, the system does not issue a note that open production orders exist for the item.  I check SAP note and find a note.

However,this note is not compatible for my ECC 6.0..Even I try to implement it,it prompt no correction execute .This note is only compatible for APL verstion under 46C..

Any suggestion on it? How to issue a note when rejecting a sales order that has production order tied? thanks..

business requirement:

we use MTO strategy and OM team might reject a sales order without notice production team,even a PO is under processing..
