SAINT+DDIC _Activation Phase issue

HI ALL,

I am upgrading through SAINT ERP 6.0 EHP6 ready system ,Now I am in the phase of DDIC _ACTIVATION ,while mass configuratio,

I ma facing issue job   RDDMASGL is failing due to ST22 dump.

Category               ABAP Programming Error

Runtime Errors         COMPUTE_INT_PLUS_OVERFLOW

Except.                CX_SY_ARITHMETIC_OVERFLOW

ABAP Program           RADIXCHK

Application Component  BC-DWB-DIC-AC

Any one suggest how to resolve the issue

What happened?

     Error in the ABAP Application Program

     The current ABAP program "RADIXCHK" had to be terminated because it has

     come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
