Hello Team - I have a requirement in Opportunity Management as a follows:
1. Representative Sales can not change the Opportunity status once it becomes Closed/Lost or Closed/Won. The status for the opportunity becomes just read-only.
2. Administrator is the only one with authorizations to change the document (Opportunity) even its status (Closed/Lost - Closed/Won).
As far I know, going through the User Status Management in CRM the requirement 1 can be covered it. However, the document become forbidden even for the Administrator. I need the administrator will be the only role with authorizations to change it. Do you guys know any approach for this requirement or the global approach to both of them?
