We are using WD Java business package for ESS / MSS. We are in EHP6.

In MSS only for an employee, none of his subordinates are visiblefor him from Manager Self Services -> General Information

The following are present for the employee

1. He has employees reporting to him
2. He is having the necessary authorizations
