Icon Not Visible in IW21 transaction

Hi All Experts,

I have the below Concern,

I want to create a custom attachment list icon that must be visible in t-code IW21,IW22,IW23(The same that appear in GOS functionalities as shown below), I have created the same icon in Screen no 1050 of program SAPLIQS0.

Now my concern is my Icon is not visible in the transaction level. What steps must be taken to make the icon visible after activating the icon in sub screen 1050.

Also I need to follow the same logic that is followed for the icon in GOS when it is clicked. where should i code for the same logic to be achieved for my custom icon.

Requesting your help on this immediate requirement.
