Problem with Help

Hi,

I have SAP 9 PL8. I cannot use the help file.

I'm the admin so I couldn't understand why I have no right to shared folder, I installed the help locally inside the HELP folder of my PC, but the error mex that I have not acces to shared folder continue to be showed.

I open the window for help  to define a new path but I cannot select or change no path and also language has not showed.

Any suggestion? Many thanks.
