SAP HANA XS Administration Tool on the SAP HANA XS Web server

According to the documentation the SAP HANA XS Administration Tool can be found in

     http://<WebServerHost>:80<SAPHANAinstance>/sap/hana/xs/admin/

in my case:

     http://mo-a9c0023c7.mo.sap.corp:8000/sap/hana/xs/admin

I get a "404 - Not found".

Is my URL incorrec or am I missing some component in my server?
