Code optimization - For HR FM

Hi,

We are using standard FM 'HR_READ_INFOTYPE' in loop extracting data for different infotype for employee. I know it can provide us valid data but using these FM multiple time to extract data for employee is hampering the performance.. Is it a good option to go and put direct select in infotype tables to read data (Using All entries) ?..

Please suggest way to  optimize the performance of program. .
