Issue with Concatenate

Hi,

Need to Concatenate 15 values by '/' but when any one of the field value is blank output display like // .

How to avoide ' / ' when value is blank.

Example: Have values for only first 2 fields, Need to avoide / when values is blank

Test1 / Test2 / / / / / / / / / / / / / /
