Need your expertise on a below mentioned query.
Client forgot to run the offcycle bonus payroll for the month of October and paid the employee out of the SAP system. Now they want to run the offcycle bonus in the month of January as payroll control record is in the exit mode for December. Now an employee left the company on 2nd November 2013. We need to run his offcycle payroll for the month of January. Have changed his payroll status for Run payroll upto till 31.01.2014 and have maintained offcycle payment 0267 and payment date as 29.01.2014 whenever I maintain (0267) offcycle payment system gives me a warning message stating that "employee left the company on 02/11/2013". Now when I run the offcycle payment for this employee the RT table is not getting generated. With this client they change the payroll area in organisational assignment (0001) from KR to FK (Full and final payment) when an employee leaves the company.
Now what is the appropriate solution to run the offcycle payroll for this employee.
