Do we need "Enterprise Portal" To Broadcast BW Workbooks via "Precal Server"

Hi All,

My Question is related to BI Broadcasting. We do not have Enterprise Portal in out BI landscape and our requirement is to BW report data dump in Excel format. So we are thinking about installing precalculation server.

• Is there a prerequisite of Enterprise portal to broadcast BW workbooks via precal server?
• In other word is there a way to create broadcast settings other than that in Enterprise portal?
