Dear contributors, I’m pretty new on DMS and I need to understand with is the best “product” and architecture to manage DMS under the following constraints
- SAP system in in site A, DMS is needed in site B, SAP system and DMS are not linked with a Lan but only thru a very militated internal network.
- Documents that need to be included into the DMS belong to Quality processes (photos and defects), Inventory (good entry) , accounting (Invoices), Procurement (PRq, PO, Contracts etc.....
My questions are:
- Which is the best way to achieve the goal and with which SAP products? (kpro?....).
- Do I need the content server? why?
- Do I have to buy a separate license?
